lots of students got visa under general after more den 2-3 attempts.....

I do not know if its really possible/impossible for a SPP rejected case to get visa under General category. What I understood that reapplication can be successful ONLY if there is any "significant change in the Applicant Profile/credentials", after all Visa Officer will look into that. How is it possible for VO to grant visa in case you reapply with the same credential without any significant change. I would suggest you to apply for a Master Degree course in a good University and I am sure this would definitely strengthen your case. Keep in mind Master Degree matters a lot !!
