Total years of secondary education (high school)

Hi guys, i need some help.
I'm from Portugal and i'm applying for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.
On the application they ask me the Total years of secondary education (high school). I'm confused about this...is this only the secondary years that in Portugal are 3 (10th, 11th and 12the grade) or everything (1st to 12th grade-therefore 12 years)????

Please...i need help!

High school starts from Grade 10, so in all, 3 years, I should believe!

Well i also think that but they give me the options:
- less then 10 years
- 10 years
- 12 years

that confuses me!
