Hi guys,

In my reference letter, the total hours mentioned was in 4 week period and not in a week. I am worried that the VO who will handle my application will see this as vague. As far as I know, the required hours is 30 hours per week. Would this be a problem? Here's what's stated in my reference letter: "PO's hours was flexible, working not more that 176 hours over a 4 week period."

Really it should be minimum hours as it doesn't explicitly say - especially as the same line reads that you work flexible hours. Ie you do a max of 176 hrs/4weeks could mean you do way less than that.
I would try to revise.

Unfortunately I can't change what's in my reference letter. My application is already at CPP-ottawa. I am just hoping that I am eligible with regards to working hours based on what's mentioned in the letter

This will put you in trouble unless you have included supplementary proof (such as pay stubs, etc.) to confirm the exact number of hours you worked. Indicating that you don't work more than a maximum number of hours isn't the same as indicating how many hours you actually work.
