What are the fees & what amount until am able to look for work and get a job. Please note I want to only know about the fees charged by CIC.

#1#. cost recovery fee - 550 CAD http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/fees/imm/pr.asp
#2#. RRRF.ee - 490 CAD http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/fees/imm/rprf.asp
#3#. PR card fee - 50 CAD http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp#other (5.2)

1.Is there any other fees that am missing ?

2.What is Permanent Resident Visas- Fee of 550 CAD. Do i have to pay that, if so then when it needs to be paid ?
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
It shows at the end if you keep looking for-
Other classes of applicants
Economic classes (including Express Entry)

3.Can anyone please explain in detail with timeline. I need to get an overall idea.

Re: Total amount of fees from Express Entry FSW 2 getting a job in Canada .

not entirely sure what you're asking here, if you want a complete breakdown of all fees you'll face in coming to canada, setting up here and then trying to find a job, that's a big ask and unlikely to get you any solid answers.
However, I can help with the PR fees:

Single applicant
$550 application fee
$490 RPRF
medical (assume anywhere from $200+, I don't know where you are so can't really help much further)
credential assessment: (assume roughly $200-$250)
English exam: roughly $300

you may have smaller costs related to getting documents notarized. I have no idea how much that'd cost you - again, I don't know where you are.
Your bank may charge a fee to get POF letters
You will have courier costs - for sending docs to get credential assessments and again when you send your passport to receive COPR
you need passport photos
Depending on where you are, you might need documents translated to English/french

Hello purplesnow, thanks very much for taking the time to reply. But i was looking for fees charged by CIC only and not interested in third party fees or expenses.

I will update my question that i am only interested in CIC fees so that I can get better answers.

I think you are looking at the Family Class Applicants section, keep scrolling in section 2 to the express entry part. $550 instead of the $475 you are looking at, not in addition to.

Thanks very much ozlis for pointing that. I will update my question as well. But still even after paying RPRF.ee do I still need to pay 550 CAD for Permanent Resident Visas – Fees

So when exactly or within which period or by when you are required to pay Permanent Resident Visas- Fee of 550 CAD ?
When you submit your post ITA application. This fee is mandatory to be paid upfront, you can choose to pay RPRF component at a later date when CIC asks for it or pay that upfront as well. For a single applicant, the total fee to be paid to CIC under EE is 1040 CAD.

There aren't 2 distinct 550 CAD fees - you've repeated the same item under a different name.

Another question - long term am looking at 3 fees to complete the EE set up.
#1#. cost recovery fee - 550 CAD upfront when i submit post-ITA
#2#. RRRF.ee - 490 CAD either upfront or when CIC needs post-ITA
#3#. PR card fee - 50 CAD after landing to get the PR Card and then EE set up is complete

Is there anything else left ?

Nothing else. That's it.
