Toronto to Niagara thru Go Transit (PLS HELP)

Hi everyone,

I am now here in toronto and would love to visit Niagara falls.
I am not certain how to go there, some said that I can go by Go transit but dont know exactly how.
Where are the buses/trains located? Are they located in the subways?
I am a back packer I would appreciate if you will enlighten me of the fare as well.
