Congratulations!! you are the most passionate person. I applied July 2011, became citizen January 2013 in Scarborough CIC. Seems Ottawa takes longer time.

yep Ottawa of is very slow almost everyone I know who applies in Ottawa it's taking them 22 to 23 months.

Ottawa CIC used to be faster one, but after the closure of Kingston and Gatineau offices, it was clogged!

It took 24 months for me, from April 2011 to March 2013 (till oath) without RQ....
