Toronto Pearson Airport - What time does Service Canada SIN counter open?

Hi folks, doing my soft landing soon. Have an early AM landing. and I can't find the Service Canada airport counter hours.

Any idea where I can find these timings? It's not listed on the Service Canada nor on the Pearson Airport website.

An update. Service Canada counter hours (found out in person) at YYZ are 6am - 9pm.
