toronto or vancouver for students ?

im from india sinceim an ug im planning to study in canada but im stuck with these two cities im a management student i heard toronto has good job oppurtunities and good night life on the other hand i heard vancouver has got comparitively less job oppurtunities and night life and has a very mild climate .. can anyone pls help me with these two citieds

i like vancouver.. plenty of good schools here..
but i am kind of biased since i live here..
Nightlife is nice ,if you got money you can have plenty of fun, Lots of bars , clubs in downtown..
Weather wise vancouver is awesome.. Toronto almost always gets more snow..this year was the worst..

do you have any idea about driving license issues in vancouver?

driving license is not big deal..you can get learners license right away by taking a test in which you have to do multiple choice questions..
Then you just take the actual driving test..if you had a driving license in india for like 2 years then you will probably end up getting class 5 license , otherwise you will get class 7 license..
Driving license is easy part.. its the insurance that $%$$ you in the butt..
for international students with no driving record.. insurance rates are crazy.. even the toyota corolla was like 400$ a month
