Hey guys, just wanted to ask those folks in here who were sponsored and came to Pearson International Airport in Toronto and went thru the CBSA officer and what did you guys experience, kind of questions they asked you, do u need anything specific other than your passport with your visa and your COPR?

Just wanna hear different views and opinions on that matter, Thank you so much and God Bless all.

Sincerely Alex

I was with my wife when she landed at Pearson. The officer asked for her passport and CoPR. Asked a few questions like if she was feeling healthy, if she has even been charged/convicted of a crime and if there was any change in family status since her application. Really simple questions. Then he asked for her address in Canada and wrote it on her CoPR and then both the officer and my wife signed both copies and the officer kept the copy with the picture on it while my wife kept the other copy. Then he pointed across the room and said there is a SIN kiosk there and she can go apply for a SIN number. Then he said "Welcome to Canada" and that was it. Landing took less than 10 minutes.
