Top Urgent Help Required

Dear All,

I need your valuable feedback on urgent basis, i submitted my application MARCH-08 and in MARCH-09 my application was transferred to NOVA SCOTIA. currently ecas is APPLICATION RECEIVED

Few days back i showed my application to one of my friend who is working for a Canadian Immigration consultancy, after reviewing my application he said that you have entered a WRONG NOC, that might be the reason for delay on decision on my application.

Now i need to know few things,

is there a procedure of changing NOC ? should i write to Nova and explain them everything ( pls also tell me what points should i cover in my letter)

& secondly pls also assist me that i have changed my Job after filing my application should i also mention that in my letter.

pls urgent reply would be highly appreciated.

someone did change their NOC with Sydney. You should a sk them about it. But might have to do soe search in the forum.

i dont know. i think he had applied after nov 2008 so he wrote to CIO but i am not 100% sure.

Hi MIS, you should write the correction letter to both as " To:" CIU, NS and as "CC:" CHC Islamabad.

I would like to inform you that due to a slight misunderstanding at my end, I have mistakenly provided the wrong NOC in my application. As per my experience current job and job history my profile is most adequately described by NOC No. 0111 ”Financial Managers” whereas I erroneously listed my NOC as 012.

It is also pertinent to mention that I have changed my job since filing the application and currently I am serving as MANAGER OPERATIONAL RISK, in the Risk Management department of Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited (Experience letter attached for your perusal).

I request you to please update my credentials, enabling CIC to process my case under FAST TRACK program.

I would appreciate acknowledgement of this letter and information about your decision on my request.

Kindly also note that I am ready to provide any other documentary evidence, if required at this stage.
