I find it quite ironic when you have this face on and you don't listen to our suggestions!

Um....
No where does CEC state that it guarantee 6 month start to finish time.

Like the suggestions, contact local MP or order GCSM note
Hell, do both and stop crying.

Thank you broth of you and tell me ,,should I talk to my consulter be4 I go that suggestion?...
I checked about GCMS note from cic web site so it take around one month.

If you have a consultant why would you come here and ask yourself?
Talk to him/her they will proceed to find out those information for you.

If they still want to help you that is.

Yes I do have consulter but he said it will take anther 2 or 3 months.i don't believe that but I have to listen to him sometime.that's why I'm looking for some answers from you guy's..... :-[ I want to know...the people who have same situation like me..according to my consulter it will take around 8 to 9 months,so is that true according to you guys experiences and thank very much for every suggestion......

According to our experiences, it will take almost two years to get your PPR. You should be asking people in the Express Entry section of the forum...

Your consultant's advice has a ring of truth.
No one else really knows for sure except for CIC.
But it is normal to exceed 6 months, but it's usually not that long in most cases.
