i want to apply spouse visa from tokyo. i got married last month in pakistan. Now i am in japan as i am doing business in japan and my wife is also with me in japan on Vistor visa.Next month she is going back to canada and apply for my Spouse Immigration.I just want to ask i am pakistani national so i need to supply documents according to paksitan region or as required for tokyo. i mean i need to submit my pakistan marriage certificate( Nikkah Nama) Or do i need to fulfill japanese requirments i mean japanese family register etc.Also is it better that i will arrange one year Dependent visa of japan for my wife and also make her allien registeration or just let her go back to canda as it is.

I applied in august 2007 but right now i m going to tokyo for higher studies upto 3 years

so i want to transfer my case to tokyo from london .
Could any one guide me about this regard in detail...

01- by email/fax/mail?
02- what kind of proof i must submit ?
03- how long time will it be taken to transfer my case after receiving my request?
04- when my case ll be transfered and reached then will they put my application according to tokyo time line??? or will they consider london time line plz comment

I received passport request on 12th July 2010 and submitted passport and financial proof on 13th July 2010 to Canadian embassy. In my case I submitted in person and will pick up in person.

Looks another week or so before I get my passport back. Does anyone know what is the normal wait period after passport submission.

Received additional document request and submitted requested documents on 28th July 2010. Visa clerk mentioned that i should get my PR VERY SOON, fingers crossed.

1) Sponsors Job and Residential updated
2) My plans of relocation, mainly wanted copy of my resignation letter.

But have told them cant resign until have a PR, as cant really work in Canada till then.
