My son wants to enroll in a Canadian university. He successfully completed TOEFL iBT test in October last year, test score reports were sent to universities already in October.
Then last week one of the universities informed my son that quality of the photo on the score report was not good enough, that they contacted ETS and that ETS is unable to provide score report with the enhanced quality photo. University asked my son to contact ETS, or provide new score report.
After several phone calls and emails exchanged with ETS, we were told that photo is missing from the score report due to an error at the test center, and that ETS will not reissue the score report.
They offered free voucher for another test or money refund.
I am outraged, solely by ETS mistake, they put future of my son at risk.
Any similar experience with you? What would be advice from you?
