Greetings, I'm from Brazil and I has just finished high school. I have plans of immigrating to Canada when I turn 18 and I have some questions to do, I have already tried a few forums but none of them answered me, I hope I get better luck this time. So, I did 7 years of english course by CCAA, and at the end of the course I went trough the TOELF exam, I got my certification for both and after that I discovered that Canada has immigration programs for people who wants to join a College in the country, and that made me very interested.
I want to know and/or have some information about how does this immigration requirements work and how do Colleges accept applicants for admission, if my TOEFL certificate is enough for that, and if not, what else can I do or what other test should I apply for to have the minimum requirements for the application, I appreciate any answer to that since now! :)

It's extremely unlikely you will be able to immigrate when you are 18 - you will not meet the requirements. Canada has no immigration program for people who want to join a college - you've misunderstood what it takes to immigrate. Canada's immigration programs programs require you to have at least one year of full time paid work experience - typically in a skilled profession. Many are also points-based and give more point to people with more work experience, higher education and high language test results. It's typically difficult for those without a university or college degree to get enough points to be selected. Even those with a degree don't always have enough points.

TOEFL is not accepted as an English test for immigration purposes. Only IELTS and CELPIP are accepted.

If you want to come to Canada to study as an international student before you immigrate and become a PR, you will need to get a study permit. To be approved for a study permit, you must first be accepted into a school in Canada and must then apply for the study permit and show you have enough funds in your bank account (at least $25K in Canadian dollars) to pay for your first year tuition fees and living expenses.
