Finally today i am ready with everything for the application. I will be sending courier this evening. As u all are seniors plz advice if anything should i take care of it.

Must read it once again column by column. I know you must have done so but no harm in being extra cautious.

NO BLANKS.
VISA office is the city and not country like New Delhi and not India ( I did this mistake)
Make sure you have attached all docs as per checklist
