TO whom can i contact as my medical was in sep.2010 and till m witing for my PPR

Hello freinds,
i started my process with canadavisa.com since april-2009 i receved my medical test in sep.2010 and m still waiting for my PPR i knw it is too long, as i am asking canadavisa my case worker they saying we added my newborn baby who is now one year old add after we start that why it took long time. but for me i dont think this is the reason, as we sent his medical form with us on 11th sep.2010 at this moment i really need to get my passport get stamp as my current is about expiry.

pl. help me whom i can contact in london office.

If your passport is getting expired soon, renew it first.
You can send on line "case specific enquiry' to CHC London to know the status. There is no other easy method of inquiry.
