This is a VFS tracking number and you cannot check application status with this.
You need to link your application with the your GCKey account to monitor the status on your application and for any correspondence if you prefer online.

I tried using GC key account but no records found was the reply.... Is there any other option to contact the embassy other than mails.

No, you won't get any response on your case by calling up the embassy. it may be possible that your application is not yet entered in their systems. read through details here:
