Here's a thought...if you are student now, why don't you look at coming on a student visa and continuing your education here in Canada? That may be easier than skilled worker since you have no job experience yet. I have also heard of people coming on something called a "Holiday work visa", but I don't know much about it beyond there is an age limit.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question about sponsoring for conjugal partner. You have never met your GF in person, is that correct? So, this is like an internet relationship only? If so, conjugal partner would not work for you.
