to migrate from one college to another

hey,
currently i am international student of fleming college. now i m in 1st semester of WIN post-graduate course. i wanna migrate from here to winnipeg (manitoba) college in 2nd semester. is it possible? also, will it effect my profile when i will apply for PR in future?

Yes, You change your college without any problem.
First , you need a acceptance letter from new college to migrate. And to taking admission in 2nd Semester is not sure, Check the new college credit transfer policy before.
