i m currently pursuing my btech degree in GTU and i'm in 7thsem in CE.
my current CPI is 7.3
my current CGPA is 7.5
i have nt given IELTS yet
could u guys pleasee suggest me dat in which state i shld prefer and in which university i shld apply
and i also need to apply for student loan so budget is also d main factor
