To Immigrate through EE or QSW for a Quebec Graduate Student?

Hi all,

Until this moment where I'm writing the topic, I've always believed that Quebec Immigration system would be the best for a Quebec graduate student. However, many people told me that it takes hell of a time to get the PR through Quebec Immigration and that it is better to go through Express Entry as it takes 6 months only.

I am planning to apply for the CSQ - PEQ at the end of this month but I am really confused so I'd like to share my profile to hear opinions..

23 years old

Degrees :
Bachelor Of Computer Science from Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University, France ( Obtained June 2016)
Bachelor Of Computer Science from Montréal University, Canada ( Obtained October 2017 ).

French :
-TEF Exam from McGill obtained in December 2016 ( C2 Oral expression, C2 Oral comprehension, C1 Reading Comprehension )

English :
No certificate but it is prefect, we can say high advanced.

Job :
Currently doing a software engineer internship in a big company in Montreal until I receive my PGWP.

I would appreciate guidance | advice regarding my profile for the best way in term of speed to obtain the PR.

No doubt EE is preferred choice ...Just in case if CIC ask intent to move out of Quebec you will have to prove but that something you can show with job offer or something from other province..

No doubt EE is preferred choice ...Just in case if CIC ask intent to move out of Quebec you will have to prove but that something you can show with job offer or something from other province..

I just checked that to apply through EE, there are 3 programs :-

1) Federal Skilled Worker :- At least 1 year work experience. I do not have that..

2) Federal Skilled Trader :- At least 1 year work experience, plan to reside outside Quebec. I do not have that..

3) Canadian Experience Class :- At least 12 months of skilled work experience in Canada. I do not have that..

So I believe in my case it's better to stick with QSW :/ ..
