To get procedure about 5 years visitor visa

Hey there,
I am abhi patel proceding student visa in canada and there is a question for my fiancee she want a visitor visa for about 5 years so will it be possible? I want the rules and procedure for the same.

The visa office will determine the length of the validity of the TRV. Note that a 5 year TRV does not allow her to stay 5 years. CBSA will determine how long she can remain on Entry, up to 6 months.
