to fill imm5257 form canada schedule 1

am having problem to validate the form.when i press validate ,it doesnt press none validate.is it possible to download it ,fill it and upload it? or it must be validated. if yes please can you send me the link where i can fill and validate the imm5257 form.thanks

Once you have properly filled out the IMM 5257E form, the message "Validation completed successfully" will appear and at the top of the pages you would see (Your Last Name, First Name Initial - then your date of birth). Ensure the Adobe Reader is up-to-date (latest version) and the date format you have entered is correct.
