To do List - before ITA confirmation and after EE application

Hi,

Guys which activities can we undertake prior to getting ITA confirmation once we have applied for EE? We can prepare a list so that we can get things done by the time we get ITA.

Activities:-
1) Arrangement of proof of funds
2) Reference letter from previous employers
3) Police clearance certificate

Can we start the above activities parallel to awaiting of ITA? Is there any other things which we complete?
