Hello,

I have applied for the pnp and my application in the process of reviewing. I have a very specific question so was wondering if any of you could give some suggestions and/or answer my question.

I have applied for the Pnp using my current passport; however, I also would like to apply for another country's citizenship while waiting for my nomination.

My question is that:

If I apply for the second citizenship of that country does the CIC or PNP will revoke/annul my application or it will not affect on my nomination process?

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Lots of Canadians have 2 or 3 passports,For example the leader of the Federal NDP Tom Mulclair has 2 Canadian and French. Many prominent Canadians have 2 or more citizenships. So I do not understand the problem???? I myself have 2 and am working on a third

Thank you. My question was does it affect on my application and getting revoked my application. I cannot find any information regarding this so I can read. Thanks again.
