Hello, I did not include my wife's education and work history while filling the EE profile and i did not claim any points. I received ITA last week.

Now while filing eAPR should I provide spouse's education and work history details. Even if i do declare the education adn work history, will I have to provide all the necessay documents for my spouse as well? Her ECA has not been done and I have not arranged any work documents for her till now. please help?

No.

Only add such information in the personal history section.

thanks.. need a little more clarification..
so i should write NO/NIL in "Work History" tab and also "Education History" tab.. will this not lead to suppression of fact.. sorry am just a little worried and confused..

You're not claiming points for such work/education so it is completely irrelevant to your application.

By adding it in the personal history section you're stating that your spouse does in fact have education/work experience but that you're simply choosing not to claim points for it which is perfectly fine.
