Hi folks!
As we all do, I am obsessing about our application and anything that could cause us problems.
We submitted the Schedule A a while ago, and our application has reached AOR2 stage in Mexico. I have just realized that maybe we didn't include a detail that we should have:
In 2015, before we became common-law and submitted our PR applicatioin, my partner was refused his first TRV application because he messed up on the computer system and didn't upload the supporting documents correctly. He re-applied a week later, correctly, and was successful.
In Schedule A, when it asks about whether you have ever been refused a visa etc., we detailed the other refusals (eg. Study permit in Canada etc.) but did not include that first refusal.
I'm wondering if folks from the forum think we should get in touch with Mexico VO somehow and add this/resend the edited form with a cover letter explaining?
I'm pretty sure this is the right thing to do, but not 100% certain how to go about doing it!
Thanks for your feedback!
