1. go to the VFS site and check out the colleges which come under SPP,
make a list of that and visit the websites of the colleges and shortlist the courses which apply to you.

SPP requires an overall band requirement of 6.5. there is a great debate in this forum about individual band requirements, but since its not defined by CIC clearly, its open to interpretation. my take is that - SPP needs 6.5; if you fulfill the college's language requirements, then an overall of 6.5 will do. when i spoke to one of the admission officers in a college, she said as long as you have 6 in listening and reading. it will do.
so you need to work on your score
4. post graduate workpermit is available for students who complete their courses. the duration of that PGWP cannot extend the duration of your course. eg: 1 yr course - 1 yr PGWP.
5. you can take your spouse, provided you establish possession of adequate financial resources. ($4000 )
6. VFS asks for 6 months statement i think. double check it @ the site.
