What is the email address?
What details am I suppose to attach with it?
I am the sponsorer and I am the representative too, hope that is fine to initiate the request?

you need to fill this consent form if you are applying on their behalf
when I applied for atip before my father was here so he made the request. I am not sure if they will accept the old form of being a representative or they will require their own form

maybe someone who applied before can advise?
I guess if I don't get a reply soon I will resubmit another request, but the problem is that they hide most if not all the important details that I am looking for

Question for whoever has an answer

My parents are in canada on a visitors visa right now. Sponsorship has been approved and file sent to LVO Ottawa based on their current address which is here in canada with me. Does this mean Medical and pp request will be done here in canada and they have to be here when that happens ? Second question : Their visas expire end of august. I know I can apply for an extension on the Temporary resident permit but is there any way I can also apply for a new Temporary resident visa (not permit) from within canada ?

My parents sponsorship was approved March10,2017..nothing after that ..anyone aware of what's going on and what we can do next or just wait ..

1Q- when you get MED request you can do it anywhere - here or back home but PC you can order in your back home country only

*** EXPIRING MEDICALS NOTICE ***

If your medicals expires before you enter Canada, you need to redo your medicals and go through extra costs and hassles. This happened to me when I immigrated and now it seems that it is going to happen for my parents. This is very unfair as in most cases CIC incompetence had led to this situation.

I think we should not stay silent and protest before it is too late. They shouldn't ask for medicals when they are not ready and if they have do, it is up to them to finish the process before it is too late.

What about a petition or sending a group email to CIC?

No clue, by end of the day it's something we r doing for our betterment, in a situation if they ask for getting the medicals done once again will have no choice. So let's see what comes up.

Same here. Medical expiring for my parents on Sept. Background check is not even started. Don't know when they will start and also if we have to redo the medical exams.........so frustrating !!!!

Our medical results were sent on 15th Feb 2016 and we sent police clearance to them on 25th Feb 2017. Our application is also at London LVO. Curious when would I receive pp request...

When was your parents medical done and when did you send the documents/police clearance to them?

The medicals and PCC were sent in January 2017 (requested end of December 2016). Hopefully you should receive something in the next month or so. All the best!

I emailed to my LVO, got letter back by email and printed medical forms from MY CIC

I know that you can only stay in Canada for a maximum of months (or 180 days not sure which one is accurate) with a visitor visa. Now in order to be qualified to apply for a visa from within Canada in my experience you need to be residing in Canada (which normally means to be living her for more than 6 months). I see these two facts to be conflicting and would not imagine you could apply for a new visitor visa from within Canada (i.e. applying to Canadian consulates in US). However I could be wrong.
One you have a Medical request (or even before you have one- if you want to do an advanced medical), you can go to any approved doctors anywhere in the world. I think you should be able to apply for police certificate through your home country consulate / embassy. You may want to contact them now to find out how long it will take or you could even request one if it is not too costly. In my experience CIC accepts Police Certificates that were issued when you last were in your home country.
