I do not trust Toronto Star. They have a history of creating sensationalism- no desire to make the process any fairer.

I used VW and got charged today. I know how you feel right now but just hang in there.

I was worried too until now.

I checked the SS of 2015 applicants and saw that others were charged after 20+ days that there application was received by CIC. You will be charged

Yes , I choose same day delivery before 9 and they delivered it at 8:52

Based on simple math and data from 2015, it seems that between 100-200 applications are processed everyday. It's likely that less than 1000 have been processed so far.

Credit has gone down by $550..Although transaction not posted yet. Pretty sure Mom's file has been picked for processing ;D.
Used local courier BNS and was ensured delivery at 8.30 am. Waybill only showed Recieved on Jan 04th 2016 - CPC Mississauga stamp with no signatures.

I used Metro Mississauga Courier - adding info to spreadsheet now.
