I am in Canada with super visa which started in January 2015 and will expire in August 2016 because of my passport expairation.I applied for PGP sponsership 2016 but my document received cic in 5 january.so there is no hope . Last month I got a new passport but I don't know what should I do for transfering my visa into my new passport .
1_Should I apply for a new super visa for next entery to Canada?
2_Is the super visa in my expired passport valied for my next entery ? If the answer is yes ,
3_How can I use it

1. are you planning to exit on the expiry of the visa on August 2016? if yes, you need to get a visa to enter canada
2. Yes, just always present your new and old passport with the visa....(same as with my mom)..hope it can help..

hello everyone

any insight can share....my mom is here in canada with the regular tourist visa that expired nov 2015, but
upon entry last sept 2015, the immigration gave six mos. to stay....planning to extend her stay.....but i have one thought not to extend her, instead go to usa to renew the visa under super visa(BTW she has US 10 yrs multiple visa)....my questions is how super visa is 100% sure?..

Just heard that someone has already received the file number. He sent out his application using happy road express, cc charged on 8 Jan. He's said it's an auto-email including his UCI, name and his parents names.
