Timing of in Person Interviews

I'm outland, USA, husband is with me (Canadian). We intend on crossing in August after our house closing. I received CoPR paperwork/approval. Are in person interviews happening? How long after crossing the border does the in person interview happen? Or is the interview a part of the CoPR? (Which would mean we aren't having one as I already have the CoPR paperwork).

shouldn't be any interview,you just land at the border and done.
