Hi KJG

I know. What a wait I nearly lost hope. Now got to wait for second part of the process here in London. If it took 6 months for the approval, I bet it will take at least a year for this one.

Thanks for your support KJG

Hi ya KJG

I have a feeling mine will be alot longer than you. I mentioned this to Sweden also coz in my application I did indicate that it would be better for us to move to TO when my children are off school July or August so they can start fresh when they go to school in Canada. I have a feeling that is why it took them long to give me my approval to delay time and now since I am aiming for July or begining of August they will delay the decision again. Well as long as I get the decision in June so I can get ready :D or I cry if not approve :'(.

What is your personal opinion or anybody?

Thanks and good luck to you and all.

Hey qtazngal.....I really don't think saying you don't want to arrive until such and such a time is the reason for the time you waited until approval. Your file, probably like mine, got the "slow" agent!!!! If CIC listened to those requests ontop of all the applications received....nothing would ever get done. And because you don't want to come to July or August you will probably be approved by January/February!!!!

Hi

If and when my approval comes through, would you know how much time they give you to pack, etc to leave to go to Canada?

Thanks

WHAT!!! a month even weeks!!! that time scale does not even give a person/s to tie up all the necessary business in their current home (well in my case).

I wonder if a person can request the time scale (well will have to deal with it if and when I get to that stage).

Thanks

Nope, you can't. BUT. You CAN land then return to tie up anything needed and then go back to Canada :)
