I'm wondering if there is a difference the timelines of applications made in French and applications made in English, i know it's a little bit silly but i'm sure that they aren't checked by the some emplyees of CIC

Interesting question. Yes it is possible that the timelines may differ. However, I personally do not think that the difference may be significant.
