What does a visa officer consider when assessing an application for a study visa?
Approval of study visa application cannot be guaranteed as each application is considered on its own merit. Visa officers look at many factors in assessing whether an applicant is a genuine temporary resident. They consider the purpose of the visit and the applicant's ties to his or her home country, including the family and economic situation
•are in good health (a medical examination may be required);
•have not committed a crime;
•do not pose a threat to Canada's security;
•have a valid passport or travel document;
•have enough money to support themselves and their family members while in Canada;
•will leave Canada voluntarily at the end of their authorized stay; and
•meet all other requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act

But I have heared tht 80% of ppl who recieved medical has recieved visa
and INSHALLAHA we will too
Don wori guys

Can anyone plz tell me that is it necessary to show Tax papers, business documents and house papers of the person who is your sponsor? In my case my father is sponsoring me and he has around 60K CAD in his bank account to show but my father is retired and he doesn't have any business. Is it ok if I just provide an affidavit stating that my father is a businessman n bla blah!!! will it work? I am really confused now guys plz help me with this...

A big 'NO' to you raj.

Do whatever but dont lie. They validate your application thoroughly! If they find any loop holes in your application, they will reject your application right there and then.

So please be wise and dont lie.

It is not important to show your sponsors tax papers. It is good if you do!
In your case a written application from your sponsor that he is going to support you throught your stay in canada will do!!
