Timeline to get PR card

Hello all, I need suggestions about an issue. My permanent residency procedure has finished under express entry and I have to land in CANADA by 25th February, 2018. The point is, I need some additional time and fund to settle in CANADA for good. I know that after landing, I can apply for a PR card and with this PR card I can travel multiple times to and from CANADA. How long does it take to receive a PR card? What if I land and apply for the PR card but leave without receiving it? I would be very grateful for reply with valuable comments based on personal experience and informed knowledge.

The processing time is 2 months.
You need a residential address to receive the card.
You are free to leave Canada after landing as long as you have someone who can pickup the PR card and send it to you. You need the PR card to re-enter Canada.
