Timeline post X-ray/Child birth for outlands

Hello everyone,
We are currently waiting for my wife to give birth to our baby to finish the x-ray medical portion.

Last time I called IRCC, they lady said everything is pretty much done and they are only waiting for the x-ray
File tranffered to MISS back in march, and background started around that time as well.

We are planning on doing the x-ray right away after birth, the question is for those who went through this before, how long did it take to get COPR?

My spouse is from the US.

You’ll also have to get the child’s documents to travel as well.

Wife gave birth last week, we did Xray today in Canada, it is an outland application. I figure IRCC will not receive the medical results until end of next week probably. How long is the processing time after that?
