Hello Friends

I applied for my PNP nomination under Masters graduate stream about 2 months ago. I am curious to know the timelines of everyone who applied for nomination under O-PNP in 2013. Particularly, just to known how long it has been taking for everyone to receive their nomination. And if it took longer than 3 months, were you requested more documents to support your application?

Your input on this post would be very helpful!

Thanks in advance :)

Hi,
i got my nomination n 2 months, i was requested my pay cheque r pay slips and last 2 mnths bank transaction a week before i got nomination, it all depends on visa officer wat to ask.

Thanks a lot for your response :)
I am eagerly waiting for any request/nomination from them...hope it comes soon.
Good luck with your application

well, it depends...

if you have your field job, then it would take around 3 months. I know they mention job is not necessary for masters graduates, but they do consider this.

otherwise, they may take 5 months..

if you have submitted copy of pgwp, pay slips.. you are good to go..

Thanks Arif for your input.

I do have a job offer but its a 8 month contract term. As soon as I graduated I got this job offer. I applied few weeks after I started my employment, so bascially I just sent them my first pay stub and job offer letter. If you may suggest I can send them all the recent pay stubs till now so that they have them before they even ask.

Thanks again and good luck

I don't think that's worth it.. did you get file number from till now? have you submitted copy of your post graduation work permit (pgwp)?

Hi Arif

Yes, I got my file number and I had also submitted a copy of my pgwp along with the application.

Thanks

I plan to apply in the Masters stream next year. I have a problem about presenting my case for immigration. I came in 2010 as a Ph.D student, but now after three years have decided to finish as an MA (12 months). For the MA degree my university will consider my first year Ph.D coursework, next two year were spent preparing for the qualifying exams. Now in the Fall 2013 semester I am required to just complete a course and write a paper to earn the MA degree. How will the PNP consider my timeline. I have not switched programs, just a degree. Please help.
