Timeline in 2014FSW Spreasheet

Dear Sir,
Found there is an estimated timeline for when the Caps will be filled in 2014fSW spreadsheet. It is mentioned that estimated date by which your application shall be filed in the Caps...Can you pls advise what does the date of application filed in the Cap means? Does it mean the date your application will be firstly received by CIC office? If the column says the estimated deadline is Dec 23, 2014, does it mean I need to submit my application and make sure it will be received by the date?

0111 Finance Manager. My application was sumbitted on Sep 15 and just arrived at CIC today. Now I worry how long it will take to file my applicaiton under the 0111 CAP. I saw the estimated deadline is Dec 22, 2014 in the spredsheet. Do you think I can catch up?

its just 105 now upto june 8 payments so i think u will be alryt.. but dont be so confident we never know how fast a category will filled up.. hope for best all the best..
