Unfortunately I am not sharing the document with everyone, there is just me and two other moderators. It was made an open document earlier and everyone kept changing information and it turned out to be a big mess, so its just going to be me and the two moderators who will be editing the document. HI,

No they havent called my work we are in same I am in UK(PSW Visa) and applied for visitor visa for Canada in 2006 got rejected that I am too young and I will not come back. What is adapatibility my Sponsor also applied for two at same time. One really important question to u SUNSHINE shall I come to INDIA after LOA or not or shall I extend visa over here in UK PLEASE HELP!

when i was in Uk i also applied to canada as well n i was rejected with same reason. no you have to extend the visa first in UK..the reason is when you will apply to CHC ND they take more time (almost 1 year) the reason is if u visit outside india then they will do background checks in UK as well..yes i know you have to send PC resport but CHC ND do background check in UK even u will send PC from UK

I am waiting for last 1 year...my medical got expire...As per my opsion you extend you will in Uk first....hope this will help
