I got my nominee letter, now what I hv to do? what is the next step ? I heard now for federal application we hv to send our file to Sydny, NS, Canada. but after that I want them to transfer my file to buffalo not in my home country....so pls friends guide me wat to do???

Which is your home country?

Who suggested you to transfer your file to Buffalo?

If you login your file to Nova Scotia while you received your Nomination than this should be transfer by Nova Scotia itself to your contry and the entire process has been done by Nova Scotia such as Medical Issuance and Passport Request hence dontt worry dear and prepare to send file to Nova Scotia on time

If there is any update and action needed according to your file process than Immigration Officer will surely inform you on the given email id so dont worry and just follow to send your application right away

Hi,

i had sent my passport to New Delhi on Oct 25th, and still waiting for it to get back. Currently i am in Canada with work permit.

Can i ask them to send back my passport, as they are taking so long time to put stamp? i need to visit India for my marriage, so My status going to change from single to married. they mentioned in cic site to inform any status change so i want to show this "status change" as a cause to get my passport with out taking back my application. any way i need to apply for my wife.

i need to visit India before Jan ending, I don't know they are going to send me the passport before that,please suggest me.

Why its getting too late in your case

You are appling under MPNP Stream or any other PNP Stream as I have seen many cases out here those are got their visa in 3 months time period post their medical done

What it should be in your case? is there any remedical done in your case or any query raised by CIC New Delhi post medical related to anything

Please share your actual process here friends so in future others can learn from you

don't know whats going on..no re-medical done...i sent them email in oct..they said officer reviwed my application n pendig for final decision...i applied under family stream in MPNP

Just wait and watch now but under this family stream there are 9 month period and they are suggested that if this period of waiting crossed than you can mail cic at your country so better you send mail them and confirm about the current status of the same.

Well i have seen few cases in which they did ask for PCC again, though its not your fault that they take forever to process the file, but they alwaz go by the quote "COMING TO CANADA IS AN OPORTUNITY NOT A PRIVELAGE or RIGHT " this quote is going to be applicable on you atleast till you get your stamp, so its all on their discretion, so my personal opinion is get a PCC before they ask you.
Beyond that i am pretty optimistic that you would get your stamp very soon.
