hi all I just got nomination from AINP family stream and preparing CIC file i have some queries hope you all senior members help me.

I will try to answer your queries , we also got nomination under AINP in Jan & have got the visa last month

1. what are university transcripts how can i get them from GNDU(AMRITSAR)

Transcripts are kind of summary of results of your Graduation or Post- Graduation . If you done any any Diploma than you don't need . You will need to deposit some fees to University and they should be able to issue this .

2. my work experience is as self employed how to show client refrences.

You should give complete details about the business you handle since you have not mentioned what exactly you do , I cant describe much

3.As my sponser shows financial support on behalf of me and my family members still i have to send bank statements and shows funds?

It will be good idea to send Bank account statement & if I am not mistaken this is mandatory as well , if your business is more cash driven you can mention this in your Bio Data but enclose a statement with some reasonable funds .

4.i have to send orignal nomination certificate or not?

Yes , you need to send the original nomination certificate

Please also note to send original PCC . I will advise you to get your application filled from someone who does this job regularly . These guys should charge you about 5-10,000 for filling application .

My ecas status is aplication recieved and in detail is recieved on 18 th august and medical result have been recieved but not in process what that mean ...? How much time it ll take more ?

i have a question for every one in this forum which is pertaining to bank statement.i am waiting for medical request so they will ask me to send a bank statement.can u guys tell me that ,r they asking everyone for with 6 months history statement.and is it essential that the balance should remain the same through out.i have applied on 3rd of jun 2011,so soon i am expecting request from them.my balane in jun was shorter by 5 thousand dollers than i deposited 7 thousands in july since than i got the required balance.so on that calculation i have to wait for jan to get my medical done along with bank statement which will be with 6 month history. suggest me if i can send them before in case they send me the request in november sometime so the balance in first month will be shorter and after that will be fine please share your experinces,

Don't worry it is not necessary tat they request 6 months bank statement from everybody.They just need to see u have money in your account(transaction). I also was in this same situation and have waited for 3months before i applied( just to be on safer side).

i have a question about showing funds.As i got ainp nomination family stream, my sponser shows funds on behalf of me and my dependents. NOW I AM PREPARING FILE FOR SUBMITING TO NEW DELHI. i have not enough funds to show i have just $1500 in my account. can i transfer funds from my friends and family members to my account? if transfered, how to show where are funds from? please help me soon. \

I thought I would share my timeline and share some information about my Sponsor's Interview

Timeline:

Category: MPNP Family Stream

Date of Application: 27/04/2011
Temp File Number/ Doc Requested: 18/07/2011 (Dated 30/06/2011)
Addl Docs Sent: 20/07/2011 (via Email)
Sponsor Interview: 26/10/2011

Ok, so the above mentioned is my time line, my sister is my sponsor, she was asked the following questions:

* What is your brother's current occupation?
* How long has he been working for that company?
* Do you have any relatives outside of Manitoba?
* What is your current occupation and your husband's occupation?
* What way would you be able to support you brother if he moves to Manitoba?
* Are there any other relatives in Canada outside of Manitoba?
* What is your brother's highest qualification?
* How do you think your brother would be able to adjust to Canada?

My brother-in-law sponsored his brother last year, so they also asked the whereabouts of him and whether he has found a job.

So, basically these are the kind of questions you can expect for a Sponsor Interview, Hope this helps guys...

Also, I would like to know what happens next? Is the next step for me to get LOA? If so, how long would it take from the time the Sponsor Interview is done. Looking forward to hearing from you guys. Have a good one peeps.. Cheers

Today my status changed to in process but m confused in my status medical recieved line updated before on 12 th sept 2011 and inprocess line updated today but processing started from 25 th october 2011 and application recieved pn 18 th august and rprf reciept recieved n 20 th october pls suggest me how much time more to get passport? Any body here with same situation ....pls reply

in the letter they have mentioned as follows
Passportslease submit any photos or height/eye colour information that was requested in earlier correspondence at the exact address noted on this letter .
but I never received any letter from them so can anybody tell me how many photos do i need to sent.please need a quick reply.
