i think they will acceptPassport as already request in same letter for medical...
the wrote in Ist page as under:-
1.Payment of Right of permanent Resident fee(Landing fee) if not already paid
2.Submission of PCC .. if not already submitted
3.Submission of original Passports along with old expired passports for you and your family....
(If you reside outside India, Bhutan or Nepal do not send your passports until requested to do so in a separate letter)

In my views I should send passports, cos they mentioned for residents of Bhutan or Nepal not to send passports until separate request...

my status is in process and i am applied in family stream
you found anything for process of appication start in your status
