I would like to inform you that you have to go under medical examination for sure as canada pr visa validity is one year from the date of our medical done so if you had done ur medical last february mean if they issued ur visa by this month than you should have one month validity in ur visa so usually they will ask you for medical again so you just now wait for medical request if not getting update from them because they will 99% send u letter stating medical request and this should be positive one like once they receive your medical reports again and found clear as per their requirement than they wil issue visa on the very same moment so wait for medical request again and its really good one because u have single entre visa but long duration as well

So friends just wait and i just got know this and very moment i update here as your medical is expired in feb so u must update about this case

u have submitted ur passport since 11 months?? and why they are taking too much time?? did u ask them or email them?? if u lived in UK that's not the problem u just need Police clearance from UK n u hv to submit that ......in my case I lived in USA for 4 years n right now i m in Canada....so I submitted PCC from all the countries wr I lived....did u submitted PCC for UK??

yes i sent them an email in Oct n they replied "Your application has been reviewed by an officer and is pending the final decision. You will be notified once all steps are complete."
I don't know why they taking so long..I sent them Police clearance from UK as welll but they taking their own time...don't know what going on?

I am in Uk as well and applied for MPNP In August24 And still waiting for LOA have u submitted police clearance certificate from UK.

nothing to say about this because mine was encashed in june 25th 2011 but visa issued on 5th January 2012 so dont take dd encashment is positive because DD is only valid for six months so they use to encash this on priority but dont worry medical once done will definetly issued visa in shorter time perriod after medical receive line update so friends dont worry u ll get it soon for sure
