Timeline for CEC case reconsideration by a different visa officer ??

Chances of getting refused seems come at any place in Canada Immigration process these days..
Please search on this forum for same.. and you can also google to see many cases of refusals after medicals..

My GCMS notes clearly states that VO was not satisfied with the duties mentioned in my reference letters to be sufficient for the NOC claimed. But myself and my lawyer are confident that reference letter job duties are very very good match for the NOC claimed. My case might be somewhat exceptional but Nonetheless... for my case, there were errors made in refusal decision by VO and that is why I am able to fight back to this stage.

If possible, could you elaborate on errors made in refusal decision which allows you to fight back. Thanks.

CIC requested fresh PCC for all countries: Oct, 2014
Docs & PCC's provided: Dec, 2014
Decision made: Jan mid, 2015
PR visa issued: Jan end 2015

Hello,
Same thing happened to my brother . File is reopened in nov 2017 after federal court decision . I checked CIC online status last night and it’s showing in process and when I clicked on it , it’s shoeing the date we applied in 2014 and then it says,we send you correspondence on Jan 13, 2018 about the decision of your application ?
We are confused about this statement first and second we or our lawyer never got anything from CIC..?
Do you think they can refused again just like that ( without any fairness letter ) or it can be Medical request ?
