TIMELINE AFTER EXPERICNCE CLARIFICATION LETTER

Hi

I applied for Permanent Residency under federal skiled worker category in SEP 2010 in New Delhi visa office. i sent all the required documents with my application including ielts (7 bands). I also attached Job offer from an employer in Canada and have 5 years of experience from my previous employer in India, now I am running my own business.

After a long wait, visa office made interview calls to me and my previous employer in NOV 2011. Some employee of my previous owner gave wrong information. So, Visa Office sent me a letter regarding experience clarification in DEC 2011. They gave me a month to reply,

I sent my covering letter to visa office along with an affidavit from my previous employer verifying my work, as my experience is genuine and I got all the points covered which were mismatched. I sent my reply well before the time they gave me i.e. 10 JAN 2012

It's been more than 3 months since i sent my reply to embassy but still there is still no response, how long do they take to reply. Any idea.........pls.

in which noc u have applied they think alot in job offer cases and recheck duties without any hurry.

I applied under NOC 2281 under Computer Network Technician and NOC 0611 under Sales Marketing and Advertising Managers.
As i have experience in these two categories i worked as computer network analyst and now i run my own business relating sales of computer hardware, software and computer networking etc.

i know 2 cases of aeo/ job offer waiting for dm from the last 2 years.one case was rejected after mr ppr and rprf cash but he reapplied it still waiting from 2 years last time he applied in 2009. good luck

Dear Anibalryan, one of my friends has the same problem. Due to some confusion during verification call, his file is also held since a long time, even though he had submitted all the back up clarifications motorized. He is a Feb '10 applicant. I assume that all such cases are put aside indefinitely. Wish u good luck, Nicky
