Time to renew PR but never got any NOAs

Hi,

I accepted a job offer from abroad shortly after landing as a PR, and have worked abroad almost the whole time since I landed. I have never worked in Canada so I do not have any Notices of Assessments from the tax department, which they ask for in the renewal form. Is this a problem? If so, how do I fix it?

You have much bigger problems that a lack of NOA, since you are in breach of your RO you will not be able to renew your PR at this time (unless you have H&C reasons but based on your post it isn't likely). Are you not aware that you needed to spend 2 out of 5 years in Canada to be able to maintain your PR status?

If you don't live in Canada and don't work here either why would you need / want a PR card for -- you're not a PR, obviously.
