Once we receive PPR, within how many months we should land in Canada? In case a female primary applicant is pregnant and unable to travel when she receive PPR , then what happens?

Usually you'll be given until your medicals expiry date to finish the landing process.

If the applicant is unable to travel you can contact your visa office to ask for an extension on your COPR due to exceptional circumstances.

So you are sure the approved PPR does not get rejected bcos of delay? And visa office considers extension?

They consider exceptional circumstances, but which one is exceptional is up to them. But if they deny it to be so, then there will be no extension. When it comes to the visa office, nothing is a given.
