July 29, pick up the passport.
I heard that the processing time is at least 30 days so I am quite worried about that. Thank god, you just need 27 days totally.
Tips: online application is quite easy and maybe a little bit faster than mail application(i guess). Since I live in New York, I decided to deliver the passport and pick it up by walking in. I am sure this can save a lot of time. Hopefully this this post can help someone.
