Hello everyone!

I have a few questions about how I should fill the travel history section of my EE profile. I don't have a lot of time on my ITA, so I was hoping for this to get resolved as soon as possible.

I was born in Country A and never travelled outside it until I came to Canada.
I came to Canada 5 months after I turned 18, and had been living in Canada as a Student and then, a Worker.

I have taken a couple of leisure trips (usually lasting 2-3 weeks) to Country A (aka Country of Origin) over the past few years.

So, how do I fill the travel history?

For example, is this how you would do it? (changed dates)
FromOriginToCountry of VisitPurpose
2014-01-02Country A2014-01-03CanadaFirst visit to Canada
2016-03-03Canada2016-03-04Country ALeisure visit
2016-03-15Country A2016-03-16CanadaReturn back to Canada as Worker
2017-03-08Canada2017-03-09Country ALeisure visit
2017-03-20Country AOngoingCanadaReturn back to Canada as Worker

or, do you do it this way?
FromOriginToCountry of VisitPurpose
2016-03-03Canada2016-03-15Country ALeisure visit
2017-03-08Canada2017-03-20Country ALeisure visit

or, do I not need to fill this section at all, as all of my travel that I've had were between Canada (my resident country) and Country A (my country of Origin)?

I asked friends, and I had been getting multiple conflicting information, so I'd really appreciate feedback from people who've done this section.

An additional question:
Since I never lived in Country A for more than 6 months consecutively, do I not have to provide IRCC a Police Clearance Certificate from Country A?

Thank you

This is how I mentioned my travel history and my PR application was already submitted.

And there is no need to provide Police Check from the time staying in your home country. You left 5 months after you turned 18.
